Our client is a well known private Healthcare organisation, currently looking for a Group HR Director

The
Director, Group Human Resources is a strategic leadership role responsible for
the end -to -end provision of Human
Resources services, policies, and programs across the Berhad group of companies. This position ensures the HR
function operates as a centralized, efficient shared service, driving
organizational excellence and supporting business objectives.

You
will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all HR domains,
including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations,
performance management, learning & development, HR digitalization, and
organizational development. Acting as a true Business Partner and Agent of
Change, you will champion a
high -performance culture, employee engagement, and continuous improvement,
while ensuring strict compliance with employment regulations and corporate
policies.

As the leader of the Group HR function, you are accountable for the delivery of key HR performance indicators and for building the capabilities of the HR team to
serve all current and future entities under the Group’s portfolio. Under the
group structure you are to supports all subsidiaries of Group.

Requirements

Degree or Master Degree or MBA in Human Resources or Psychology or in any field with relevant study.
Experience in full spectrum of Human Resource function and must have
experience working at senior management level.
Strategic with hands on HR operational
experience is required.
Familiar with Malaysia Employment/Labour Law, EPF Act,
SOCSO Act, Industrial Relations Act and etc
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous
and a team player.
Dedicated and determine to meet deadlines
Experience in public listed companies is a added
advantage.
