Get to Know the Team

Grab's lending business, Grab Financial Services Asia (GFSA), focuses on providing microcredit to under-served communities. GFSA team handles all aspects of lending, from conceptualization to ongoing management in its focus markets. The Commercial team sets and executes business plans, working with the country team members and Regional team for business growth.

Get to Know the Role 

You will support our business growth efforts through market analysis, data-driven insights, and strategic development. We are looking for commercial knowledge to able to implement important plans. You will report to Head of Strategy Lending. This role is based onsite at the Grab Malaysia office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Business Development - Identify new business opportunities and support partner relationship management.
• Business Intelligence & Analytics - Analyze data to uncover trends and business opportunities to assist with forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline tracking
• Strategic Support - Support projects and provide data-driven recommendations and work with leadership to evaluate performance and plans.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• You have 1–3 years of experience in business development, analytics, or strategy-related roles.
• You are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• You have the ability to find relevant insights from complex data.
• You have project management capabilities especially in communicating and prioritizing goals / action items with your team members.
