Job description:

• Halal Compliance: Ensure all products and production processes adhere to Halal standards and certifications. Oversee Halal quality assurance and control measures to guarantee product integrity throughout production.
• Quality Assurance and Control: Implement comprehensive quality and Halal compliance measures across all production stages to maintain product consistency, safety, and purity according to Halal laws.
• Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee compliance with local, national, and international regulations pertaining to food safety, quality, and Halal standards. Keep abreast of regulatory changes and adjust processes and protocols as necessary.
• Continuous Improvement: Spearhead initiatives to continuously enhance quality control and Halal compliance processes, incorporating cutting-edge industry practices and technological innovations.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and QAQC teams to integrate Halal quality assurance measures seamlessly into all product development and manufacturing aspects.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze quality control and Halal compliance data to identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions. Prepare and present detailed reports on Halal QA/QC activities and outcomes to senior management.
• Supplier Quality Management: Work with suppliers to ensure all raw materials meet our strict Halal and quality standards. Conduct Halal audits and assessments as required.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Islamic Studies with a focus on Halal practices, or any related field.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Preference will be given to candidates with coursework or training related to Halal food processing, plus multilingual capability.
4. Understanding of Malaysian Halal certification standards and processes.
5. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
