Haulage Assistant

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Under guidance and supervision of the Operation Executive.
2. Daily trip allocation and planning to drive monitor truck movement.
3. Record and monitor driver attendance.
4. Planning for delivery and pickup of container base on order
5. Communicated with driver and some of customer (support Customer service)
6. Communicated with maintenance team if any truck breakdown or under repairing.
7. Updated daily schedule after plan for delivery and pickup.
8. Updated in container Chain system / Pelkon system/north port system.
9. Monitor follow up delivery and updated status to customer service.
10. Updated timing and truck information or status in HMS system after job completed.
11. Monitor urgent shipment and update to customer service immediately.
12. Assist to Maintenance Support if accident case happens.
13. Filing for CN.
14. As back up and Support for Key in and printing consignment Note.
