JSK Mantanani Island Resort - the largest Resort on Mantanani Island, cater for, amongst other Resort activities, 5 Star accommodation, FMCG, F&B, KTV & Sports Bar, Diving, Sea & Beach recreational sports, snorkeling, boat transfer, and other island resort centred activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the bar outlet service staff.
• Welcoming customers, reading and listening to guests to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
• Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar is well-stocked.
• Adhering to all beverage safety and quality regulations.
• Maintaining a clean work and dining area.
• Developing new beverage recipes.

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in the bartender and strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne and mixed cocktails / mocktails.
• Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
