Head, Business Development (PLM) - M

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business plan to achieve SME’s objectives and budgets.
• Build and grow market share of commercial loans in respective regions  
• Responsible for deposits growth
• Review weekly sales targets / activities and identify the need for coaching and direction to ensure targets are met
• Cross sell all Bank/Group products
• Responsible for driving and improving PLM Sales team performance.
• Monitor compliance to guidelines, policies, and procedures towards achieving operational excellence.
• Report team performance and escalate issues and information that require the attention of management.
• Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold
• Proactively monitor credit quality through early recognition of signs of deterioration and implement appropriate strategies to contain, maintain, reduce or exit relationship
• Responsible for recruitment of team member
