大境璞食是HerbaLine Wellness Group旗下的全新高档餐饮品牌，与HerbaLine Facial Spa、Mama Kim Wellness Kitchen、Shiang Hai和Sojourn Guest House等姐妹品牌共同为顾客提供卓越的服务。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in menu planning, recipe development, and food costing.

2. Supervising and coordinating the kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.

3. Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.

4. Managing inventory, including ordering ingredients, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.

5. Training and mentoring kitchen staff, providing guidance on culinary techniques, safety procedures, and kitchen organization.

6. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards.

7. Collaborating with the team members to develop new dishes and refine existing ones.

8. Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping.

9. Planning and controlling all food requisition in a timely manner.

10.Hiring, training, coaching and discipline of culinary team.

Job Requirements:

1. Required to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
2. At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
4. Experience in working in F&B industry, managing the chain store is an advantage
5. Required languages : Mandarin & English
6. Plus point for having negotiation skills, conflict resolution, problem solving and relationship management skills
7. Matured, computer literate with good analytical, negotiation and inter-personal skills
8. Ability to work under pressure, independently and minimal supervision
9. Preferred Mandarin speaking
10. Chinese Cooking
