- Initiate, manage, and deliver the Group’s Corporate Communication and Personal Relation strategies.
- Develop, implement, manage, and evaluate all internal and external communications activities.
- Develop and manage crisis communications frameworks and protocols.
- Develop a marketing communication strategy that helps strengthen the reputation of GLOMAC with key stakeholders, and enhance the awareness of the brand in the marketplace.
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight on the creative outputs of communications.
- Lead Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs and reports.
- Collaborate with the relevant Departments on the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and preparation of the Annual Report.
- Manage and maintain press and media relations.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in related field with experience in sustainability, ESG, PR and experience in preparation for AGM and Annual Reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong media relations.
