Get to know the Role:
Strategising and architecting Identity and Cybersecurity Governance for the Bank incorporating robust risk management for public cloud and frontier AI models.
Accountable for the oversight and independent challenge of the Cybersecurity and Access Governance work stream to ensure aligned with BNM RMiT and Bank’s frameworks and policies.
Own the policy, governance and risk assurance of Identity Governance tools (eg., SailPoint, CyberArk) and technical guardrails for AI-driven development environments.
Oversee and conduct thematic reviews on cloud-based access control systems to ensure configurations adhere to access management best practices.
Drive improvements and automation of cyber governance, leveraging AI-assisted tools for continuous improvements and real-time risk mitigation.
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing expert counsel on Identity, Cloud and systemic risks associated with frontier AI models.
The must haves:
Minimum 10 to 12 years experience at managing an Identity Governance function in a complex organisation.
Strong experience in dealing with technical and non-technical stakeholders from various levels and domains to improve state of access control across (e.g.business application role definition, recertification, approval workflows definition) managed technology platforms and applications.
Demonstrated experience in implementation of controls related to IAM andPAM controls, to meet industry best practices and controls objectives, as well as regulatory expectations (e.g. BNM RMiT, PayNet).
Possess broad knowledge of cloud infrastructure and corresponding processes as well as in-depth and up-to-date experience of SaaS cloud only environment.Results oriented; ready to challenge the status quo for continuous improvement.
Strategic thinking, and ability to draw lateral connections between subject areas.
Capable of working in a collaborative team environment as well as being able to operate in a self directed capacity.
Experience in agentic identity management will be a plus.
