Job Description

i.            Lead and manage a team of data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success in delivering high-quality results.

ii.            Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and identify opportunities to leverage data science and analytics for process improvement and growth.

iii.           Develop and implement a data science roadmap aligned with the company's strategic objectives, identifying key projects and initiatives that drive value and support business outcomes.

iv.           Design and develop advanced analytics models and algorithms to extract meaningful insights from complex and diverse data sources, including structured and unstructured data.

v.            Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques to solve complex business problems, such as predictive modelling, demand forecasting, customer segmentation, and pricing optimization.

vi.          Drive data-driven decision-making processes by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.

vii.         Collaborate with IT and software development teams to ensure effective integration and deployment of data science solutions into production systems.

viii.        Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and proactively identify new opportunities and emerging technologies applicable to the real estate industry.

ix.          Establish data governance and data quality standards to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used for analysis and modelling.

x.           Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and thought leadership on data science and analytics topics to stakeholders across the organization.
