Head of Business Development - Excellent Benefits Package

Job Purpose:

• Head of Business Development is primarily responsible for achieving top line growth focusing on net dealers’ growth, enrollments, reactivations, product sales and retention. In addition, he/she is responsible in overseeing training, education and recognition (ie. training the trainers, weekly training and meeting schedule, events and other recognition activities). It also covers leadership development in order to achieve number of incremental Director on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve top line growth to meet the business plan
• Oversee and lead all training, education and recognition program or activities
• Develop Directors through leadership development program
• Achieve daily sales or mentoring calls or meeting target
• Develop and create sales plan and operational process
• Developing and lead to implement an integrated sales strategy and plan across Malaysia
• Maintain a high level of direct involvement in establishing and managing sales performance, strategy and corporate sales team
• Lead to set and measure monthly sales goals
• Lead to design and implementation of sales initiatives designed to meet targets.
• Stay current on market trends, legal issues, customer concerns and products.
• Establish and maintain the highest levels of customer service and support
• Exemplifies Personal Collection Sdn. Bhd. culture by example   
• Directly supervises all Regional Business Development Manager but also overseeing Training & Event Manager, Senior Product Trainer, Training Supervisor and Store Supervisors

 Requirements and Job Specifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or Professional Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal); the willingness to travel as needed.
• At least 15+ years of total Sales experience ideally in Corp/Direct Sales/MLM or FMCG/ Business Coaching.
• Mental agility; strategic and flexible thinker able to translate ideas and concepts into actions and tangible results.
• Instills confidence and credibility given experience and stature.
• Commercial savvy, bottom line driven and focused on profitable growth; strong financial acumen.
• Strong strategic vision and creative/innovation skills balanced by a highly analytical, detail-oriented and result-oriented approach.
• A strong communication and collaborative management style with the proven ability to influence key decisions via business partnering and negotiation throughout the organization.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Words
• Willing to conduct field work and to travel
