JOB OVERVIEW: The Manager of Information Technology (IT) is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and operations. This includes leading a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems, and providing technical support to users.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work the general project schedule
• Upgrade project progress as required

Manage Automation Framework Development – Framework Design:

• Draft System Automation Design

Manage Automation Framework Development – System Development:

Manage System Automation Development – New Purchase:

• Prepare paperwork and detail specifications
• Monitor installations on purchase

Manage System Automation Development – New System:

• Conduct discussion on new system request
• Prepare and submit business requirement study (BRS) for user approval
• Conduct new system development

Manage System Handover:

• Conduct user acceptance test (UAT) session and sign off
• Conduct system training
• Request and conduct development in live environment

Manage Effectiveness Monitoring – Inquiries & Complaint:

• Investigate issues from inquiry/ complaint
• Advise/ rectify identified issues

Manage Effectiveness Monitoring – Monthly Report:

Manage System Improvement – Existing System:

• Take note on alert on request for support
• Conduct and update status of system support
• Request and conduct system support in live environment
• Notify requester that problem rectified

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management roles, with a track record of successful leadership and project delivery.
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of IT disciplines, including networks, systems, and security.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
