Head of Finance (Indonesia Based) - Hiring Now

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies for Press Metal Indonesia.

• Oversee all financial activities including forecasting, budgeting, risk management, and investment decisions.

• Manage a team of accountants and ensure adherence to all financial regulations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and board review.

• Analyze financial data and generate forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

• Develop and implement secure financial processes and internal controls.

• Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with the board on funding strategies and cost-reduction initiatives.

Reporting and Work Base:

• This position reports directly to Deputy CEO for Group Investment.

• The role will be based in Indonesia (Jakarta initially and Sanggau eventually). 

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success as a Head of Finance, Senior Manager, Director of Finance, or similar role in the manufacturing industry.

• In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping principles.

• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and risk management practices.

• Strong analytical and data modeling skills with proficiency in accounting software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MSc/MBA or relevant certifications a plus).

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.

• **Preferably, Malaysian working in Indonesia currently or willing to relocate to Indonesia (Malaysians residing outside of Indonesia).
