    Responsibilities:  

    This role of will report directly in our Group Head of People Partnering and bethe single point of contact & strategic partner to our Chief TechnologyOfficer (CTO) who has teams across 4 key markets Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam &India. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Partner with our business leaders within the group’s corporate functions to understand key strategic objectives and business challenges so relevant strategic HR guidance and support.

    • Utilize people & culture data & insights to make recommendations on strategic growth, efficiency, and effectiveness initiatives.

    • Drive future workforce organizational design, transformation, and change management initiatives

    • Ensure GLT succession planning is front of mind with a pipeline of future talent identified.

    • Partner with the business to both identify & build future skills across each corporate function.

    • Managing and solutioning any complex employee relations issues associated with our senior leadership cohort.

    • Actively collaborate with People Experience colleagues ensuring annual lifecycle activities and Guru Moments that Matter are executed in line with GLT expectations.

    • Actively collaborate with PG COE’s to ensure they are developing products and services aligned to business needs.

    • Be a company culture and values champion, leading self, and team as role models.

    Requirements:

    • You will have robust experience as a progressive HRBP in a southeast Asian context (technology experience an advantage but open to any industry).

    • Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

    • Experience with organizational design, change & business transformation.

    • Diagnose problems with your strategic thinking skills and have a record of accomplishment in creative collaboration to drive appropriate solutions with tactical actions.

    • Strong commercial acumen with an ability to align and integrate HR initiatives across each of our corporate functions and newly acquired companies.

    • Exceptional listening, communication, & story telling expertise with a proven ability to build effective relationships & influence at all levels of the organization.

    • Be comfortable working within a high-level of ambiguity, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
