Job Description

Main Purpose of Role
1. To support planning and conduct management system audits to enable delivery of assessment and certification services that meet customer requirements and appropriate accreditation standards
2. To assist in business development as required and to provide specific technical support to expand the Company's capability to offer valued services to customers

Key Accountabilities
1. Conduct audits (either desk-based or on client's sites) in accordance with established procedures and approved plans, maintaining a high standard of service delivery
2. Complete all chargeable work within the required budget and timeframe to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency of the business
3. Ensure completion of all assigned work and relevant documentation with required procedures, deadlines and standards to fulfil customer expectations
4. Provide accurate and timely reporting as required by line management to assist the planning and management of operations
5. Ensure effective follow-up and timely close-out of non-conformities in accordance with established procedures
6. Manage personal schedule to work efficiently and to meet target changeability requirements as defined by the Operations Manager
7. Project-manage auditing teams, as appropriate, to maximize efficiencies, enhance client satisfaction and ensure compliance with standards
8. Undertake personal professional development and ensure appropriate training records and personal logs are updated and submitted to maintain relevant auditor registrations and competency codes and relevant industry knowledge
9. If required, to provide technical support and staff training to all parts of the business to enhance the service capability of the business
10. Support business development activities as required (including follow up and/or referral of inquiries, sales visits, assistance at events, seminars, etc) to enable on-going growth of the business
11. To manage personal expenditure required in order that customer relations and profitability of the business are not compromised
12. To maintain a full knowledge and understanding of procedures and external approval criteria to allow efficient and effective technical reviews.
13. At all times adopt a safe and professional behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues and clients, in line with the Company's policies and procedures
14. Ensure full compliance with the Company's Code of Integrity and Secrecy and Non-Disclosure Agreement

Qualifications
1. Ideally able to demonstrate ability to identify and capitalize on any potential to maximize sales/revenue generated by the business
2. Able to motivate and lead others in a 'project team' environment
3. Results oriented
4. Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Project Management Engineering. Certifications in IATF & ISO 9001.
5. Has at least 1 year experience to Quality Assurance and/or Quality Management activities in an automotive manufacturing organization (experience in industries with similar scopes of applicability is acceptable)
6. Effective interpersonal skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels
7. Must be IT literate i.e., competent in the use of MS Office applications and preferable experience of using large and complex databases
8. Willingness to learn and adapt to change - committed to continuous personal and professional development
9. Must have a detailed understanding of the relevant medical device regulations for which audits reviews are being undertaken
10. Has working knowledge of English and Bahasa

Additional information
Approved IATF 16949 auditor or lead auditor with another CB
Successfully pass Training Courses in relevant specialty standard (IATF 16949:2016)
Successfully pass ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Course
Specific Courses in Quality/six sigma will be as asset
