Leadership: Proven ability to lead large service delivery teams in complex environments and drive them to successful outcomes. Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to handle issues proactively and provide guidance to drive them to resolution. Team Building: Foster a positive, high-energy team culture to achieve goals. Industry Experience: At least 12 years in the ICT industry, with experience from pre-sales to service delivery, including a minimum of 7 years in network optimization. Telecom Management: At least 3 years of operational telecom management experience. Technical Expertise: Strong background in 2G/3G/4G and 5G functionalities, parameters, and performance management tools. Educational Background: Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering or IT is mandatory. Network Optimization Experience: Extensive experience in delivering 2G/3G/4G/5G Network Optimization Services, with mandatory experience in 5G. Business Acumen: Additional business-related qualifications are highly regarded.
