Head of office segment

• Leads the entire office building portfolio for across Klang Valley
  
• Owns the segment's financial performance (P&L), contracts, and admin
  
• Sets strategic direction and feeds into the company's broader corporate planning
  
• Tracks performance data and course-corrects to keep revenue, profit, and cash flow on target — without letting service quality slip
  
• Runs the leasing side: negotiating deals, keeping buildings fully let, and maximizing the portfolio's overall value
  
• Keeps an eye on market conditions and hunts for new growth opportunities
  
• Chases up outstanding tenant payments before they become problems
  
• Also responsible for building upkeep and car park operations
  
• Acts as the go-to contact for tenants and represents the company on external committees
  
• Takes on other tasks as directed by leadership
  

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  
• At least 15 years' experience running performance evaluations
  
• Strong people-leadership and team-building ability
  
• Sharp organizational skills and a results-first mindset
