Head of Plant Operations

• Develop and oversee production schedules to meet customer demands, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
  
• Guarantee all products adhere to required specifications and quality standards.
  
• Analyze and monitor production KPIs to enhance productivity while minimizing costs.
  
• Lead, mentor, and support department managers and production teams to achieve organizational goals.
  
• Develop in -house technical capability for improvement and rectification projects.
  
• Design and implement training programs to boost team performance and uphold safety standards.
  
• Plan and manage budgets, control expenses, and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
  
• Implement cost -saving initiatives while maintaining high product quality.
  
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe workplace.
  
• Coordinate quality control processes to minimize waste and uphold product standards.
  
• Identify and address areas for improvement in quality, processes, and cost management.
  
• Continuously monitor plant performance, making adjustments to optimize operational efficiency.
  
• Drive the plant toward adopting best practices and achieving industry benchmarks.
  
• Cultivate strong relationships with government authorities related to plant regulatory requirements, safety and certifications.
  
• Manage inventory levels effectively, collaborating with procurement to streamline the supply chain.
  
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on plant operations to senior management.
  
• Communicate key production updates, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  
• To ensure that all the staff comply with company safety procedure and policy and company rules and policy.
  
• Perform any other related duties and ad -hoc tasks assigned by superior.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Master in related or equivalent field.
  
• At least 15 years experience in technical solutions, engineering, operations or projects with 5 years in plant production or manufacturing position.
  
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants.
  
• Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues.
  
• Familiar with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong leadership and managerial attributes.
  
• Exceptional organizational and time -management skills.
  
• Knowledgeable in production of manufacturing policy, practice and standard of procedure.
  
• Good in computer skills, G -Suite.
