Penerangan Pekerjaan - Head of Pre-Sales


  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Head of Presales, having hands on experience in the day-to-day handling of various opportunity development from opportunity qualification, requirement study, design, proof of concept and RFP / RFQ request.

  • Have in-depth product knowledge in Networking & Security Solution.

  • Ability to manage a team of presales and set as a role model.

  • Good communication skill.

  • High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.

  • Technical certifications or equivalent credential will be an advantage.


  • Being responsible in recruitment and management of a team of pre-sales specialists.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to the presales team in the areas of technical knowledge enhancement, customer requirement study, presentation & demonstration skill.

  • Acquire and equipped with in-depth product knowledge of the assigned product portfolio and provide high-level consulting when require.

  • Develop and maintain close working relationship with principal’s Sales Engineers to ensure product messaging are in line and proposed solutions are appropriate to meet customer’s requirement.

  • Act as a liaison between sales & post-sales team in bridging the gap of commercial and technical feasibility.
