Summary • Responsible for the Company's overall development and growth of its retail segment.• Oversees the Retail and Digital and Affinity teams, and any other teams as required.• Responsible for the other distribution to develop and grow their respective retail insurance segment.• Lead the strategic direction for all future retail, partnership and digital marketing activities and the development of related services, partners and eco-systems to support the retail segment. Job Responsibilities • Develop a retail roadmap and strategy and ensure that the strategies are executed well to achieve the agreed targets.• Lead the respective retail teams and to develop partnership with relevant stakeholders to grow the retail business.• Develop / oversee the development of the retail business strategies in liaison with the CEO and Group / Regional teams as required.• Implement key processes and to ensure that such processes are in compliance with the various regulations, guidelines and practices, for the development, engagement, management and onboarding of partners, channel intermediaries and customers to build a strong retail presence.• Implement the necessary platforms to support the various distribution channels including those involving digital delivery, customer experience, services and onboarding.• Responsible for development and roll-out of retail insurance products and services to various channels and partnerships.• Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotions to develop both online and offline sales of retail products and services.• Improve and maintain a good Net Promoter Score or other relevant customer experience matrices applicable.• Recruit and develop team capabilities in contributing to top-line and bottom-line targets.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market place, competitors and trends related to the retail segment. Note: Retail segments means all personal lines insurances, including personal insurances of corporates and partnership organizations and covers insurance classes such as but not limited to personal accident, health, motor and home. -
