One of the leading, prominent pharmacy chains with high standard of professional health care delivery, conveniently located stores across various regions, currently looking for a Retail Head to manage the business through growth and expansion.
Job Description
- Create and implement sales strategies of retail pharmacy to achieve revenue goals, find market opportunities, and grow customer base.
- Work with marketing to plan annual campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales within budget.
- Improve customer experience by ensuring excellent service provided in stores and manage retail operations working with Area Managers on day-to-day retail store matters.
- Track financial performance, analyze sales data and expenses, and take corrective actions to ensure profitability and find cost-saving opportunities utilizing tools such as Power BI and dashboards.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 10 years of proven track record in managing retail sales especially in pharmacy or relevant industries
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills utilizing data with good communication skills (Mandarin language needed for stakeholder management and field subordinates as well)
- Strong people management skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel as pharmacy chains are located across West and East Malaysia
