Engineer Operational Efficiency: Audit and rebuild administrative workflows. Implement tracking, automation, and SOPs that eliminate manual errors and shorten turnaround times.
Elevate the Customer Journey: Architect a world -class student experience from the very first touchpoint through graduation, establishing strict service standards and feedback loops.
Build a Winning Culture: Coach your team into a high -performing unit. Foster a culture anchored in accountability, data -driven decisions, and empathy.
Drive Cross -Functional Strategy: Partner directly with Marketing, Finance, and Tech to build seamless end -to -end automations (CRM workflows, e -invoicing) that support regional scalability.
Who You Are
The B2C Expert: You have 8–10 years of experience leading B2C sales and operations, ideally within the education, training, or high -touch service sectors. (Note: This role operates at a rapid consumer -facing pace; candidates with purely B2B backgrounds will not be the right fit).
The Strategic Operator: You are equally comfortable designing high -level strategic roadmaps and getting your hands dirty in the operational weeds.
The Systems Thinker: You have a strong background in sales process design and are highly proficient with CRM systems and automation tools.
The Empathetic Leader: You balance strict performance management and KPI tracking with genuine coaching, empathy, and team -building skills.
