Head of Sales (BYD)

• Sales Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales advisors to achieve retail sales targets, and motivate the team to achieve or exceed.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies with marketing team to promote BYD vehicles and products, study & analyze markets targeting specific markets and customer segments.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with BYD's product offerings, features, and benefits, and effectively communicate this information to customers and the sales team.
• Sales Training and Development: Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service abilities.

Interesting Salary Package provided to achieve over RM 10k monthly income!

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or higher in any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales planning, leading sales team preferably with a proven track record of success in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership, working independantly and communication skills with good teamwork spirit
• Result orientated, assertive and willing to take up challenges to achieve sales target.
• Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy and technical sales skills.
