Job Summary
This role required leading the sales team and driving nationwide expansion of distributor networks and the customer base to achieve sustainable growth and profitability across Malaysia.
Main objectives
⢠To assist Managing Director to identify a sustainable business strategy and develop plans to ensure sales growth and profitability
⢠To enlarge existing distributor network and customer base as a key mission to increase sales to meet the Klang valley and southern regions sales targets.
⢠Cultivate teamwork among the sales team and technical service team to ensure smooth and effective implementation of sales policies and objectives.
⢠To oversees and manage new IS inside sales team.
⢠Managed Malaysia IS Topline sales target achievement and target for total sales margin for invoiced sales.
⢠Develop and execute a strong business growth plan for water treatment sales in Malaysia.
⢠Manage key account customersâ expectation and fulfilling customerâs orders and requirements.
⢠To attend and provide technical updates/support including product training to customers, government authorities, consultants, EPC contractors, plumbers and other stake holders in the region
Job Requirement, Skills and Qualifications:
⢠Degree in Engineering, business degree or relevant engineering professional qualification.
⢠5 â 7 years of proven leadership/management experience in leading internal & external sales team.
⢠Similar working experience in MNC environment.
⢠Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviours, competitor analysis & market trends. Drive strategy development and execution.
⢠Strong network in any of the following industries \- Microelectronics, water treatment, manufacturing segments.
⢠Proven track record in over\-achieving sales targets & new business development.
⢠Strong product knowledge in piping will be added advantage.
⢠Fluent in English and other languages will be at advantage
⢠Strong in project management
