Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Sales who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:
Responsibility:
- Deliver profitable growth for the department in line with company targets and objectives.
- Develop, execute, and track business expansion progress according to plans; work internally with Sales Team to meet and/or exceed target number of pipelines and sales, plus additional KPI/ goals such as certification requirement, marketing effort, etc. that will impact the business.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management on a regular basis.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the function of Sales team including Inside Sales and Product Management.
- Manage momentum throughout the sales cycle by working closely with all stakeholders strategically and timely.
- Identify opportunities and define the product strategy and roadmap to drive business expansion for the assigned product.
- Develop and sustain aggressive business development and sales strategy.
- Build rapport and meet the expectation and measurable KPI from the technology brand principal / vendor.
- Articulate compelling value propositions around Network Security, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security and so on that is aligned with client’s business priorities.
- Collaborate with multiple parties internally and externally (Solution Manager, Marketing, Technical Services & Support, external partners, technology vendors) to support company’s objective and add value to customers.
- Oversee contract negotiations and pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Responsible for adhering to Company’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) by understanding the plan and the role as well as taking ownership for a specific action.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services by participating in educational activities.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that are assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate from a recognized institution, preferably in IT/Information Systems/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/Business/Marketing
- Minimum 7-10 years sales experience managing major B2B client accounts, preferably for tech-related solutions, experience managing FSI or Telco end users is a definite advantage
- Professional communication and influential presentation skills
- Ability to grasp ideas and translate into sales pitch quickly
- Aggressive self-starter who is goal-oriented
- Own transport and willing to travel to client offices
- Experience working with a System Integrator (SI) or Technology Consulting organization is preferred

Pay: RM8,333.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
