Our client is a large property group, looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition operations, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate assessment, interviewing, offer management, and sourcing support for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Identify current and future talent acquisition needs and develop cohesive, regional, and target-group-oriented talent acquisition strategies. This includes optimizing job postings, identifying innovative and effective recruitment channels, managing job boards, strengthening digital and non-digital employer branding, planning comprehensive recruitment campaigns, and proactively developing talent pipelines and talent pools.
Build, lead, and manage a high-performing and professional Talent Acquisition Team, providing clear leadership, coaching, and day-to-day direction to ensure effective delivery of recruitment objectives.
Establish team performance goals and drive a high-performance culture, motivating team members to exceed expectations. Leverage recruitment metrics and KPIs to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously enhance team effectiveness.
Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of recruitment processes, practices, and supporting tools across the organization to ensure consistency, efficiency, quality, and a positive candidate experience.
Strengthen overall employer brand awareness within the external talent market to enhance the company's ability to attract and engage high-quality talent.
Position and represent the company as an employer of choice in the external labor market by building and maintaining strong relationships with key external partners, including universities, student organizations, professional networks, and other talent communities.
Provide strategic staffing expertise to senior management and stakeholders at all levels of the organization on a broad range of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and staffingrelated matters.
