· Ensure the Work In Progress (WIP) is completed and closed (invoiced) within 60 days as well as to ensure that upon invoicing, the car is collected on time together with settlement of payment and closely follow up on the credit debtors.

· Assist superior in ensuring branch achieves the NPS (Net Promoter Score) above national average target of 65%. The incumbent is to compile the list of all the customers who service their cars with the branch to follow up on their survey in order to get a sufficient samples for NPS survey.

· Engage and assist superior to drive and execute the technical / recall campaign initiated by the Principal.Responsible to ensure the customers (provided by the Principal) are called to the branch and the car is attended to according to the guidelines given.Minimum completion rate is 90%.
