Head, Wealth Governance, Process & Systems Project (DWM)

Governance & Risk Management

• Oversee the governance and control framework for the Wealth Management business, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Manage operational risk and control programs, including incident reporting, operational loss tracking, audits, compliance reviews, and remediation tracking.

• Ensure adherence to wealth sales governance standards and suitability requirements across the end-to-end customer engagement journey.

• Review, update, and maintain operational procedures, governance documentation, and control standards.

• Partner closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Business stakeholders on governance-related matters.

Sales Process Management

• Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of wealth sales and operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

• Ensure consistent implementation of supervisory controls and documentation standards across all sales channels.

• Identify process gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.

• Collaborate with product and sales stakeholders to ensure effective execution of wealth sales processes and governance standards.

• Act as a key advisor and liaison to the sales team by providing guidance, training, communication, and operational support on process requirements, documentation standards, system enhancements, and regulatory compliance.

Systems & Project Management

• Lead and collaborate with product teams to drive wealth-related projects from concept through implementation and post-launch stabilisation.

• Partner with Business, Technology, Operations, and Regional stakeholders to deliver strategic and regulatory initiatives.

• Manage UAT coordination, business readiness, process impact assessments, and implementation governance.

• Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives, timelines, governance standards, and operational readiness requirements.

• Champion change management initiatives, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training.

• Serve as the primary liaison with Technology, chairing weekly production incident forums to monitor, escalate, and resolve system issues.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

• Engage senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to align governance, process, and project priorities.

• Lead and mentor team members across governance, process management, and project functions.

• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance governance effectiveness and drive business process optimisation.
