1.Strategic Planning

• Strategic planning & development of sales activation initiatives 


• Develop plans to materialize strategy & execution of health & beauty initiatives


• Research competition to identify threats and opportunities


• Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy


• Monitor and analyse industry trends and market changes


• Review & evaluate success of health & beauty initiatives


• Collaborate with related dept/stakeholders working toward success of company initiatives & KPIs

2. People Planning & Development

• Build sustainable career path for Specialist team (Pharmacist, Health Advisor, Beauty Experts) in line with the growth & needs of the company


• Review Specialist development plan & identify changes/new trainings needed to cater to their needs 


• Plan & implement effective training curriculum & flow for new & current specialists


• Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.


• Conduct planned workshops, obtain feedback from attendees & perform evaluation. 


• Manage & plan Specialist sales incentive scheme & evaluate performance in line with overall company results. 

3. Compliance 

• Update & enforce Specialist operational guidelines e.g. grooming, reporting with objective to build teamwork within store team. 


• Manage team of Regional Health & Beauty Operations Executive in performing routine store visits with completion 
  
  of Store Visit Checklist 


• Feedback problem/issues faced by Specialist & seek ways to assist/support 


• Familiar with info/announcements/guidelines by HQ (Ops Bulletin, SOP etc) related to Specialist to keep them informed 


• Represent company in the Malaysian Pharmaceutical Society & serve as a contact person with regards to government health regulatory.
