Helpdesk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Answer maintenance requests
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Inbound and outbound calls, no selling required
• Accurate data entry
• Work within a fast paced contact centre environment that operates 7 days per week and provides contact centre services to our partners

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience within a contact centre environment – preferred
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships within a contact centre environment
• Driven to succeed and able to achieve and exceed targets/KPIs
• High level of attention to detail
• Intermediate level of computer literacy and Microsoft Office 2007 - Essential
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

The specific times for this role are Monday to Friday, with rotating start times from 8.00am and latest finish time of 10.00pm with rotational weekend work.
