Essential Functions

• Provide quick, accurate, and friendly service to customers via video calls
• Meet and exceed customer service metrics such as customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality assurance.
• An understanding of medical terminology is crucial to effectively interpret conversations between healthcare professionals and patients
• Familiarity with common medical conditions, treatments, and procedures is highly beneficial.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential for effectively managing interactions with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  
  Critical Skills
   
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English along with Cantonese
• Ability to navigate through computer programs and email with ease.
  
  Eligibility Criteria:
   
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Candidate must be flexible working in US Shifts
• Medical interpreters are welcome and would be preferred, since job role is similar.
• Must have at least six months customer service experience or equivalent.
• Candidates with the proficiency of B2 level and above in Cantonese & English are eligible for this profile
