HOMESTAY OPERATION EXECUTIVE  (诚聘民宿主管)

Employment Type (工作性质): Casual, immediate starters preferred (全职，优先考虑能立即上岗者)

Location (工作地点): IPOH, PERAK 

Job Scope (工作内容):

• Manage bookings and reservations (管理预订和预约).
• Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay to provide information and address inquiries or issues (在客人入住前、期间和后与客人沟通，提供信息并解答询问或解决问题).
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints or special requests (确保客户满意，并处理投诉或特殊要求).
• Supervise the maintenance, housekeeping, and overall upkeep of the property (监督维护、清洁和物业的整体保养).
• Oversee the management of multiple homestay properties, ensuring operational efficiency (监督多个单位的管理，确保运营效率).
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and experience (制定和实施策略，以提高客户满意度和体验).
• Lead, train, and mentor staff to ensure exceptional service standards (领导、培训和指导员工，确保卓越的服务标准).
   

Job Requirements (工作要求):

• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility (具有强烈的责任感和主人翁精神).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (能在最少监督下独立工作).
• Positive work attitude (积极的工作态度).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (出色的人际交往和沟通技能).
• Fluency in English, Malay and Mandarin (流利的英语，中文和马来文).
• Own Transportation needed (自备交通工具)

Salary (薪资): RM1800-RM2300, based on experience and qualifications (根据经验和资格，薪资RM1800-RM2300马币).
