Hotel Assistant Operation Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Assistant Operation Manager to support our operations and manage new hotel projects. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operation Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations.
• Supervise and support hotel staff, ensuring efficient performance.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Assist in training and developing staff members.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
• Lead and support new hotel projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Prepare operational reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations or management.
