Hotel Front Desk Receptionist - Room for Advancement

Job Description:

• Handling customer enquiries at front desk reception counter.
• Handle accommodation booking and room arrangements.
• Handle request and problem solutions in order for customer satisfaction.
• Assist to promote accommodation package to public.
• Assist customer check in/ check out related matters.
• Answering calls and email for booking and enquires.
• Liase with cross department colleagues for customer accommodation arrangements.
• Assist for payment collection and prepare daily sales report for submission.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients. 
• Any other job that required by superior from time to time.

Requirement:

• Willing to work at Genting Highlands
• Willing to work according to schedule / shift (day shift) and during weekend / Public Holidays
• Can communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Patience, willing to help people to solve the problem for customer satisfaction.
• Willing to work overtime when is required.
