- Your duties may include but is not limited to cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and/or public areas and facilities to meet the Hotel’s requires standard.
- Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels and restocking toilet supplies.
- You may also be assigned other administrative and/or operational duties from time to time by the Management.
- Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service.
- Report cases of property damage in guest room or public areas to superior.
- Report, turn in and log all lost and found items.
- Notifying superiors of necessary repairs.
- Collect and sorting linen.
- Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Perform detailed deep cleans when required.
- Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift.
- Understand the company’s policy on work shifts, guest’s possessions and privacy issues.
- Maintains standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
- To perform any other duties as directed by the Management.
