Industrial & Employee Relations (Human Resources & Recruitment)
- Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining personal files and records, preparing monthly payroll, tracking service confirmations, staff medical claims, contract expirations, etc.
- Maintain compliance with all government HR operational documents, e.g., Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment, etc.
- Handle other administrative and support tasks (e.g., leading team meetings, creating memos, managing office general insurance, renewing licenses, and other related duties).
- Compute staff costs, attendance, performance indicators, and conduct data analysis.
- Handle all employee inquiries and grievances, dispute settlement according to labor law and government compliance.
- Handle any ad hoc tasks given by the superior, such as travel arrangements, training, etc.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Office management, such as overseeing the daily operations of the project office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities; ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment for all staff.
- Logistics and procurement, such as overseeing the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services; coordinating logistics for project staff, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation; managing contracts with vendors and service providers.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Administration or related.
- Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in HR Administration related field.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous.
- Presentable, outgoing, and mature personality
- Ability to multi-task and remain motivated and positive.
- Required language (s): Malay, English, Mandarin (Fluent in written and verbal)
- Full time contract position.
