JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain and update the Daily Time Attendance System (TMS).
- Prepare monthly payroll for the junior staff.
- Manage leave, benefits and compensation, overtime & checking employee attendance report.
- To Assist on day to day HR and general administrative matters.
- preparation and submission of documentation to immigration office, renewal of work permit and all foreign workers related matters.
- To coordinate on recruitment and training activities.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Preferably with minimum 1 year working experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Payroll system).
- Possess good communication skill at all levels, resourceful, high integrity able to perform duties with accuracy, detail and careful.
- Possess of high level of confidentiality, responsibility, accountable, fast learner, dynamic, self-discipline and good attendance.
- Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
