Responsibilities
- Handling HR related activities (eg. Team building, Staff induction, etc)
- Handling leaves processing and staff claims
- Ensuring the supply of pantry refreshment, stationery and other office materials / equipment.
- Responsible for customer service documentation and online application tasks
- Undertake ad hoc tasks when required.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree..
- Proactive, pleasant character, independent, resourceful & willing to learn attitude.
- High level of Interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with internal & external parties
- Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with English and Mandarin speaking clients
- Able to work under challenging and fast- paced environment.
