Job Descriptions
- To manage foreign workers affairs;
- Manage new foreign workers arrival and repatriation;
- Assisting in any foreign workers welfare matters and disciplinary issue;
- Update monthly foreign worker report;
- Handling foreign worker application, permit renewal, medical examination, etc.;
- To manage foreign worker hostel (monthly audit ensures compliance and tracking audit report on safety, facilities and maintenance of hostel);
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities;
- Assisting with the preparation of documentation for audits;
- Providing administrative support for various HR and administrative projects as needed;
- Assist in organizing staff activities so as to foster good working relationship amongst staff;
- To handle any ad-hoc projects as-and-when assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Human Resources & Admin Department;
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or its equivalent;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good communication skills (written and oral) in English & Bahasa Malaysia;
- Good interpersonal skills and able to deal with all levels of employees;
- Initiative, resourceful and self-motivation;
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently;
- Willing to travel.
