Forming and maintaining employee personal records
* Updating databases internally, such as Annual, Sick, Unpaid and Maternity leave
* Gather Payroll, Government & Utilities data for payment & report
* Prepare & generate staff Petty Cash for payment
* Maintaining company directory and organizational charts
* Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
* Respond to employees’ questions about company policies & benefits
* Communicating with Government Agencies or external partners
* Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
* Publish job Advertise & Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
* Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling
* Schedule Training procedures for employees
* Yearly Achievement Performance Appraisal Report and Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
* Maintain Government Monthly & Yearly reports as to remain in compliance
* Documents Filing
* Factory Accommodation, Cleaning, Transport & Security Supervision
* Schedule in-house and external events
* Support Department Cost-down & improvements activity,
* Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws
* Apply / Renew VISA, Work Permit CEO & Foreign Worker
Job Requirement:
* Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Studies, or related from a recognized institution.
* Minimum Five (5) years’ experience in the HR Profession
* Must have high standards of integrity and ethical practice
* Must have strong management and Leadership skills
* Strong business and organizational planning ability
* Able to create a strong and successful relation with the employees
* Proven ability to multitask
* Problem Solver
* Excellent in negotiations skills,profiency in English,Malay&Mandarin Advantage
* Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
