We work in a collaborative and innovative work environment where every member can contribute to our success.HUMAN RESOURCE-Support monthly payroll cycle, salary benchmarking, payroll reconciliation and forecast monthly payroll budget -Talent attraction and acquisition using various channels and promote Employer Branding-Conduct professional new employee onboarding (workstation, laptop with proper software, stationery, email, access card) and HR orientation -Prepare HR and Administration documentation such as Offer Letter, Probation Appraisal Form, Confirmation Letter, Termination Letter or Acceptance of Resignation, PIP and other regulatory forms -Maintain employee lifecycle documentation and database-Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics such as Manpower Report, Recruitment Report, Payroll Report, Attendance and Leave Report-Coordinate interview with hiring manager and participate in executive interview -Facilitate internal and external training and apply HRDC grant-Act as customer service on employees’ query on facility, employee benefits and HR-Admin issues-To liaise with external stakeholders such as Management Office, recruitment company, office owner, suppliers, regulatory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, HRDF and LHDN) and internal stakeholders (various level of employees)ADMINISTRATION-Maintenance and inventory management of office fixed assets, furniture and fixtures, electrical and electronic appliances -Administer monthly payments (rental, utilities, petty cash and part-time consultants) -Purchase pantry supplies, office supplies and IT equipments -In charge with office license renewal, staff insurance and SOCSO claim-Facilitate events such as General Orientation, Birthday celebration and festival celebration -Support all adhoc assignments or projects from time to timeQUALIFICATIONDiploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Business Studies or its equivalent [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-w-electrical-furnitures-sdn-bhd-job-hr-admin-executive]
REQUIREMENTS- 1 to 3 years of working experiences as Human Resource generalist.-Experience in E-commerce industry will be added advantage-Good knowledge on employment act and statutory legislation -Familiar in using Microsoft Office, Teams and Outlook-Good verbal and written communication skills
