Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
* Assist in maintaining all HR operation (Leave Record, Claim, Payroll & else)
* Assist in post the ad at any platform if there is an opening vacancy.
Administrative Part:
* Assist in the completion of any form (DBKL, Bank, Government)
* Office duties including filing, archiving, photocopying when necessary.
* Communicating problems to the appropriate Manager.
* Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
* Perform other duties as requested or as deemed appropriate
Qualification & Experience & Others
* Hold at least two years of experience working in an HR & administrative role.
* Possess at least a postgraduate diploma in Finance or business administration.
* Needs to be highly motivated, accurate, and efficient. Comfortable handling multiple tasks while juggling daily tasks.
* We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
