Job Description
You will play an important role, such as:
Recruitment:
- Devise better strategic campaigns to find suitable candidates. Find better ways to attract more talented candidates.
- Placement of advertisement and processing of applicants/arrange for interviews.
- Helps with interview/selection- gives valuable input and recommendation.
- Present a positive and realistic image of company to candidates.
Induction:
- Select a right buddy person within their dept.
- Brief of the clear job scope / functional role.
- Promotes a conducive and harmonious working environment.
- Resolve employee conflicts / improves overall teamwork.
Promotes employee's involvement in company work improvement initiatives:
- Resolve employee conflicts / improves overall teamwork.

- Stay interview.
Administration:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Job Requirements
Who are we looking for this role:
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills with a firm, decisive and mature personality
- Achievement orientated, self-starter, independent and possess a high degree of self-motivation and able to work under pressure and multitasking.
- Proficient in both written and spoken in English will be added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Willing to travel if necessary
