HR Admin Executive

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection for smooth onboarding process
• Support the execution and the development of Company’s policies in accordance with the company's values and culture
• Being the point of contact for the assigned Business Partner(s) for any HR-related matters
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and generate reports as needed
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Manage HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
• Assist the Account department to key in data into SQL system

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Management/Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the HR field is required, having exposure to Food & Beverage industry will be an added advantage
• Experienced in a fast-paced working environment and dealing with stakeholders
• Familiar with the latest amended EA1955
• Experience with recruitment and employee relations
• Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitudes and the eagerness for knowledge is a big plus point.
