Penerangan Pekerjaan - HR & Admin Executive
-Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Admin functions which included payroll, administration, training and development and other HR related support.-Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data-Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law-Engage in the full cycle of training process, such as map out annual training plans, design and develop training materials, evaluate training programs, and etc.-Monthly reporting on training related information, which includes the reporting of employee accreditation numbers.-Consolidate and prepare monthly HR Report for management review.-Handling and dealing with employee’s related issues such as disciplinary process, misconduct investigation and grievances process.-Assist in foreign worker related matters.-To update and maintain accurate personnel report and proper filing system.-Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment when assigned by Superior. -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.-At least 2 years of working experience in the HR or related field is required for this position.-Able to work under pressure and perform independently with minimum supervision.-Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be additional advantage.-A good team player with good planning, organizing and communication skills.-Good knowledge in Malaysian Labor Laws and well verse with the current HR practices-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.-Experience in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
