Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of recruitment, from advertising vacancies to onboarding new hires.
- Prepare all HR-related letters, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
- Oversee all driver salary reports and respond to employee compensation and benefit queries.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and conducting disciplinary procedures.
- Support developing and implementing HR policies and procedures tailored to the logistics environment.
- To manage and oversee employee benefits utilisation such as overtime wage, allowance, leave and staff medical as per HR policies and guidelines.
- Manage company insurance needs, including reviewing policies, coordinating with insurance service providers, and handling claims.
- Oversee general office administration tasks, such as managing supplies and liaising with external vendors.
- Organize staff welfare activities and initiatives to promote a healthy work culture.
- Handle application and renewal of all types of business related licenses, truck permits, bank guarantees required for company operations.
- Handle all types of procurement.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Administration / Business Studies / HR Administration
- At least 3 to 5 year experience in similar capacity (3-5 years)
- Requires proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- High degree of confidentiality, innovative and creative person
- Able to multi-task and handle a wide spectrum of responsibilities
- Possess MS Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Malay
- Salary will commensurate based on qualifications and experience
