Company Background
We are representing our client; a Manufacturer of fresh food product for Malaysia's largest convenience stores is looking for HR & Admin Executive in Balakong.
Job Responsibilities
- To assist Snr HR Executive to manage full spectrum of HR and admin functions including hiring, payroll, foreign workers, HR documentation and administration.
- To review and update company HR policies, offer letter drafting, employment contract to ensure compliance with current statutory and disciplinary requirement.
- Conduct briefing and training for employees such as on-boarding process.
- Handle recruitment, manpower planning process, shortlisting, interviewing, tracking cost and records related to recruitment activities and preparing manpower costing reports and analysis for management.
- Person-in-charge of making office administrative announcement / instruction via PA system.
- Maintain and upkeep employees' personal files, databases and ensure confidentiality.
- To coordinate, monitor and schedule for annual performance / confirmation review.
- Assist in the organizing of staff engagement activities, performance enhancement, training and company events.
- Acting as company representative in handling matters involving external government bodies such as JTK, KDN, Imigresen etc. and internal communication for contract foreign workers recruitment in preparing documents, work records, permit renewal, hostel accommodation related work.
- Acting as company HR matters referring point for disciplinary matter by conduct counselling, inspection or domestic inquiry when deemed necessary.
- Perform any other ad-hoc relevant duties assigned by the company management.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
- Must have experience in foreign workers management (permit renewal, FOMEMA, counselling, liaising with JTK etc)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fair in handling people / situations with sound judgment, integrity and possess problem solving skills.
- Well organized with strong time management skills
- Detail and goal-oriented, has the flexibility to deal with multiple and changin
Additional Details
- Working hours : Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
- Working location : Balakong
