Penerangan Pekerjaan - HR Admin & Facilities

 Job Family: HR and Operations Functions/Responsibilities: Office Administration:-Handle general HR administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing and record keeping-Maintain inventory of office supplies, equipment, and furniture, reorder as necessary.-Support planning and organization of company meetings, conferences, training, and other gatherings.-Assist in managing office expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.-Oversee day-to-today operations of the HR admin and facilities.-Perform related duties as required.Health and Safety-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe work environment.-Routine check on facilities inspection and maintenance (including firefighting equipment) and manage schedule maintenance.-Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and address them promptly.-Implement emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and first aid protocols.-Promote employee well-being by organizing wellness programs and initiatives.Communication and Coordination-Liaise with internal departments, employees, and external stakeholders to address their facility-related needs.-Collaborate with HR, IT, and other teams to ensure efficient coordination of office space and resources.-Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, check completed works by contractors.-Manage contracted cleaner to ensure cleanliness of the facilties within the office area meets Heath, Safety and Enviroment Standard.  Performance Requirements: -Able to work independently with positive attitude, good interpersonal and communications skills.-Ability to take ownership for issues.-Team player and able to perform multi-tasking in meeting deadlines Education or Qualification: -Minimum a Diploma / Advance Diploma or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration.-Preferably at least 1 year of working experience.-Good communication skills in English both spoken and written, mandarin speaking preferred.
