HR & Admin Manager (Based in Perak)

Location: Bagan Datuk, Perak

Responsible for overall planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the HRA function in a manufacturing plant including but not limited to foreign workers matters. 

 Job Responsibilities: -

Human Resources:-

  1. Meeting with HR team members and HOD on HR issues & held quarterly workers dialogue meeting. 
  2. Monitoring filing system and kept safely of HR personal files. 
  3. Update and maintenance of payroll data & processing of payroll for S&P Bagan Datuk staff.
  4. To prepare, analyses and present HR report during monthly meeting. 
  5. Liaise with Local Government when required to ensure full compliance to all HR related laws and regulations including compliance with Immigration laws and LHDN requirements.   
  6. Monitoring disciplinary and grievances of staff and take necessary actions required.
  7. Developing, maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures as needed. 
  8. Monitoring internal and external audit for HRA department i.e. KPI audit, costso audit, smeta audit, etc..
  9. Monitoring foreign worker working permit renewal, KDN approval, immigration matters.  
  10. To prepare annual appraisal for all staff. To deliver Letter of Contract/Confirmation/Increment to respective HOD as per yearly schedule. 
  11. To prepare and update departmental TNA analysis & On Job Training. 
  12. To perform any other duties with efficiency and timely manner as assigned by the Management. 

 Administration:-

  1. Monitoring office maintenance and upkeep of office including ensuring office cleanliness and tidiness. 
  2. Monitoring application and renewal of Company & Manufacturing Business Licenses & tenancy agreements. 
  3. To prepare and propose the HRA budget to Management. 
  4. Supervise the hostel workers’ operations, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment. 
  5. Organize yearly event or activities for Bagan Datuk staff.
  6. To perform any other duties with efficiency and timely manner as assigned by the Management. 

 

Job Requirements: -

  1. Bachelor of Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related qualification.
  2. 5 years experiences preferably in the manufacturing environment is an added advantage. 
  3. Knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws & Industrial relations Laws and practices. 
  4. Willing to travel to government offices.
