Section : HR & Admin
1. Manpower & Recruitment
- Process staff requisition and interview arrangement with HODs.
- Prepare appointment letters and other HR related confidential letter.
- Arrangement of necessary items for new joiner (Badge, uniforms, pc setting and etc).
- Manage staff onboarding programmed for new employees such as briefing on company’s
employees’ handbook, company culture and practice.
- Conduct the termination process including paperwork and exit interviews.
2. Staff Development & Training
- Work with Department Heads to develop, review and update on job training schedules to meet department operating objectives.
- Partnering with HOD on sourcing of training providers/programs.
- Manage HRDF portal - training grant application and claim upon completion.
- Maintain training record
- Assist in HOD in performance appraisal management.
3. Human Resource Administration
- Review and maintain record of employees’ job descriptions.
- Maintain employee personal profile including appraisal, promotion, demotion etc.
- Maintain a proper record for attendance, leave and medical.
- Update and maintain the organization chart of the Company.
- Update and maintain the company calendar.
- To monitor and control general office administration matters such as CCTV, security, door access system, telephone system, etc.
4. Employee Relationship
- Handling of inquiry, disciplinary, complaints, grievance and compliance issues for employees based on the Company’s policies and rules.
- Assist in Staff Welfare Program, Health Talks, CSC event.
5. External & Statutory Compliance
- Dealing with benefit & general vendors.
- Dealing with external bodies such as SOCSO, Immigration Office, Labour Department and Industrial Relation Department when necessary.
Section : EHS
1. In general Health and safety carry out range of functions in a bid to ensure the safety of both employers and employees within a particular work environment
2. Monitors employees and employer’s adherence to safety policies and/or guidelines
3. Organizes accident investigation processes
4. Carry out development of safety policies for organizations
5. Keeps record of all safety-related issues within the organization and makes sure that corrective measures are taken
6. Organizes routine training on health and safety matters for the staff of the organization
7. Review documentation compliance
8. Ensure compliance to DOE, DOSH, Bomba, ISO14001, ISO45001, PPE, Physical security
9. Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks
10. Authorized to Intervenes in correcting unsafe work practices.
Section : Facility
The above are no exhaustive and other duties / responsibilities may be revised or added as needed by organization.
Requirements and Skills
1. Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2. Conversant with Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act Meticulous, analytical, and organized person.
3. More than 3 years’ experience, preferably in manufacturing environment.
4. Ability to interact at all levels.
